Connecting with Nature

Visualize a bright, sunny day with blue skies and a gentle breeze. You are walking in a lush green forest surrounded by tall trees and the sounds of birds singing. Then you see a Robin perched on a nearby tree branch as you walk. The Robin’s red breast catches your attention, and you feel drawn to it.

Approach the Robin slowly, with a sense of curiosity and wonder. The Robin looks at you with bright eyes, and you feel connected with the bird. You notice the soft feathers and the sharp beak, and you feel a sense of awe at the beauty and complexity of this creature.

Visualizing Receiving the Message
